Talent Acquisition Specialist

My Client, a global finance company, is seeking qualified individuals to work in their Talent Acquisition team. Duties will include:

• Full cycle recruiting-Identify, negotiate, and involved until the person comes on board.
• Recruiting for Operations, Sale Support and Accounting/Finance positions
• Responsible for local, national and international based recruitment efforts

Qualifications:

• 3-10 years of experience supporting hiring managers with a proactive recruitment partnership approach.
• Experienced with competency as well as behavioral based interview methods.
