Payroll Expereince

Prior experience in recruiting, benefits administration, compensation, HRIS, orientation of staff, employee relations, policy and procedure administration, and EEO & AA plans.
Job Description: Under the supervision of Human Resources Manager this position is responsible for delivering and performing human resources duties at the professional level, with responsibilities including but not limited to employment, payroll, benefits, policy and procedure, and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). Work Environment: HR Office

M-F 8-4

Overtime may be necessary
Qualifications: Education and/or Experience:
Associates Degree in business or related field, plus Prior experience in recruiting, benefits administration, compensation, HRIS, orientation of staff, employee relations, policy and procedure administration, and EEO & AA plans. 1year of general human resources experience including payroll processing. High level of proficiency using computers and data entry. Experience may substitute for degree.

Certificates/Licenses/Registrations:
Must possess a valid Arizona Driver's license and automobile liability insurance.
Performance Expectations: Help Human Resources team with ER, Payroll, recruiting and any other duties assigned.

Accuracy on reporting and data entry

Process accurate and timely bi-weekly payroll, including all reimbursement process.

Process incoming changes in pay types, deduction types, direct deposits, PTO accruals, etc. to ensure accurate pay..

Process court order garnishments, child support, and Liens. Promptly responds to paycheck inquiries.

Timely provides wage and employment verification to third parties within 24 hours.

Timely process Health Savings Account contributions in accordance to regulatory agency requirements.
