About this job
In this role you will be required to perform the below job functions
Serve as a main point of contact for applicants going through the hiring process ensuring that appropriate expectations are continuously set and all questions are answered in a timely manner
Conduct reference checks and verify previous employment information
Order and post results of background checks
Gather relevant information and documentation necessary to ensure compliance with licensing guidelines
Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates and recruiters on recruiting status via phone and email
Draft and send offer letters and orientation invitations to all new hires
This is a full time day shift role. You must be able to work 9am-6pm Monday through Friday. Some overtime as needed
