Aerotek is supporting a client looking for Customer Service Agents. Please see below for a brief overview of the day to day operations and qualifications needed for this position.
Day to day:
- Documenting and resolving customer complaints via telephone and email to ensure customer satisfaction
- Negotiating/advocating on behalf of clients
- Answering telephones, emails and any other communications promptly and courteously
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Conducting telephone queries and communications in a professional manner
- Providing and recording customer quotes
- Support and assist Dispatching Coordinators with pickups and drop of of client fleet
- Other customer service duties as needed
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience working in call center, customer service role or retail environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
