About this job

Aerotek is supporting a client looking for Customer Service Agents. Please see below for a brief overview of the day to day operations and qualifications needed for this position.

Day to day:

  • Documenting and resolving customer complaints via telephone and email to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Negotiating/advocating on behalf of clients
  • Answering telephones, emails and any other communications promptly and courteously
  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Conducting telephone queries and communications in a professional manner
  • Providing and recording customer quotes
  • Support and assist Dispatching Coordinators with pickups and drop of of client fleet
  • Other customer service duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience working in call center, customer service role or retail environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
