General Labor - Full-time / Part-time

Must Haves:
-Must be clean shaven for respirator mask.
-Must Be able to climb ladders, and work in tight spaces: behind & underneath machinery (not moving / not confined spaces)
-Candidates must be able to work continuously and lift 50lbs+ bags of flour and other materials for 8-10 hour shifts.
-Will be required to work 60 hours/week + weekends and OT as needed.
-Candidates will be trained on safety, but will be required to follow instructions, and adhere to GMP policies at all times in the facility.



Job Description:
Aerotek is hiring for a flour Mill that prepares large volumes of flour for packaging and distribution. Candidates will be required to perform general maintenance and sanitation of the facility: sweeping, cleaning machinery, moping floors, painting, and shoveling flour into a "feeder" used for manufacturing. Labor Candidates must be flexible, have a strong work ethic and take direction well.

There is minimal patience for negative behavior and attendance. Safety is #1 Priority.
