Maintenance Assistant - Full-time / Part-time

This company is located within the Columbus airport. The candidates need to be reliable, and able to work in a fast paced environment. This position is long term, and has potential for growth regarding pay and potential leadership roles. The employee will be responsible for:

-Moving baggage from default pier and deliver to appropriate airline pier or make-up unit.
-Completing computer entries and paperwork appropriate for tasks performed.
-Assisting Technicians with preventative maintenance which includes cleaning and applying lubrication to system components, and general housekeeping in the work area.
-Performing walkthroughs and alerts Technicians of any issues.
-Monitoring system displays for active alarms/faults and dispatches technicians to faulted area.
-Clearing baggage jams on the system.
-May be responsible for moving baggage tubs to and from the bag room to various locations within the assigned work area.
