Civil Estimator

Do you have 5+ years of experience with Civil Estimating? One of Charleston's Top Civil Site Contractors is immediately seeking a Civil Construction Estimator to assist their team with local site work projects. This job opportunity offers a very competitive salary range, extensive health benefits, 401(k) plan, vacation/holiday pay and relocation assistance for NON-LOCAL individuals on a case-by-case basis.

Primary Purpose of Position:

• Solicit new business, estimate construction costs, prepare proposals and organize project cost accounting and tracking.

Job Duties:

• Perform take-off quantities of materials, equipment, labor, resources, cut-fills and all other items included in the bid.
• Solicit pricing from suppliers and subcontractors necessary to fulfill bid requirements.
• Ensure bids are submitted by due date and time.
