Now Hiring Customer Service Representatives!

We are currently hiring customer service representatives for our holiday season ramp up. This is a call center environment. Each employee will be taking anywhere from 7 to 9 inbound calls per hour each calls could last on average 6 to 8 minutes. It could be longer or shorter depending on the call.

Most common calls with be assisting customers with online order issues such as order tracking.

If an item is canceled they can help up-sell or cross sell different products. The biggest thing is to try and keep the customer happy.
