CustomerService/Sales Support Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek Professional Services is seeking a Customer Service/Sales Support Representative to work in Centennial, CO.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Responsible for promoting Extended Service Plan
• Placing 100+ outbound calls per day and transferring qualified leads to available licensed sales agents
• Qualifying leads based off of requirements prior to transferring to the sales staff

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required
• 1 year of Customer Service experience
• Requires someone who has the ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive
