Aerotek is seeking a qualified Patient Customer Service Representative to work for a well-known health care organization in the Phoenix area.

A qualified Patient Customer Service Representative will have:

  • 1+ years of health care experience (Call Center, Medical Office, or Hospital)
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance
  • Computer knowledge (EMR Systems and Microsoft)
  • Ability to type 35 WPM
  • Strong customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication

Job duties:

-Insurance verification

-Obtaining authorizations

-Scheduling appointments

-Answering phones

-Collecting patient demographics
