Aerotek is seeking a qualified Patient Customer Service Representative to work for a well-known health care organization in the Phoenix area.
A qualified Patient Customer Service Representative will have:
- 1+ years of health care experience (Call Center, Medical Office, or Hospital)
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance
- Computer knowledge (EMR Systems and Microsoft)
- Ability to type 35 WPM
- Strong customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication
Job duties:
-Insurance verification
-Obtaining authorizations
-Scheduling appointments
-Answering phones
-Collecting patient demographics
