About this job

Job Description: The Customer Service Representative position receives and processes calls/emails/chats from customers, serves as the end-to-end point of contact for customers, and resolves customer issues. Collaborates with a team of Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to meet overall call center objectives and enhance the customer service function to exceed all customers' expectations. Assists with the handling of non-routine calls that require deviation from standard responses, and procedures and other situations that may require adaptation of response or extensive research according to customer response.

The position will be a primary contact for external customers. Under limited supervision, this position is responsible for pre-sales counseling, order processing, quality assurance, and post-sales inquiries and problem fixing.

Qualifications: * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including outstanding spelling, punctuation and grammar abilities.
* Above average working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
* An ability to meet deadlines and industry quality standards and an ability to react to high volume, fast paced and short turn-around time customer and management requests.
* An ability to deal with change in an effective manner.
* Sensitivity to customer issues-a creative thinker with a "can do" attitude.
* Some level of creative abilities; a working knowledge of basic photo editing/organizing/enhancement is helpful but not required.
* A drive to be the very best (s)he can be and, correspondingly, to create the best possible customer memory of their interaction with Avanquest
