About this job
Currently seeking a full-time customer service representative to start on October 30th, 2017.
- Location: Allentown, PA
- Pay: $11-$12/hr
- Shift: Must be open to any shift between 8am-10pm. Training will be 4-6 weeks from 9:30am-6pm.
- Placement Type: 5 month contract
Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound phone calls in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Accessing policies, procedures, information in the software system.
- Accurately documenting notes on the call.
- Navigating with dual monitors.
Must haves:
- 6+ months of customer service experience
- Must have high school diploma or GED
- Drug and background check required.
