Mailroom Clerk/Copy Clerk - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is presently seeking Mail Room/Copying Clerks for contract-to-hire roles atour client in Seattle.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

* Ensure convenience copiers are working properly

* Check for quality via daily inspections.

* Clear paper jams and informs technicians of specific problems.

* Maintain records for management reports and inventories of supplies needed.

*Distribute office supplies, fax transmissions and mail to company personnel and/or designated drop-off points as required.

* Respond to and coordinates all service calls required by customer

* Deliver completed jobs to pre-determined customer locations within and outside of the

* Use all copier equipment, calculator, fax machine, postage meter and some PC.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

* Requires strong time management skills and reliability.

* Related copy/mail/clerical experience is preferred.

* Possess basic Microsoft Office skills.

* Strong customer service/customer focus skills.
