Maintenance Mechanic/Technician

Technician will be required to maintain and repair all packaging equipment in the packaging department. They should be able to be crossed trained into other departments.

To meet educational/experience background that includes but may not be limited too;
o Minimum of 1 years of experience in automation control environments, where tasks included;
operating electromechanical machinery
troubleshooting electromechanical equipment
time management as well a forecasting
o Technical/Vocational/High School Degree
1 to 3 years experience may be accepted in Lieu of a formal education

Required Skills:
* Ability to see defects, and correct with assistance.
* Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
* Must be trustworthy, reliable and dependable.
* Use of email and calendar.
* Ability to understand and follow complex oral and written instructions.
* Electromechanical troubleshooting
* Electromechanical repair
* Production / Departmental Service and Support
* Light Machining
* Work / Repair forecasting and time management

Packaging- no plc, no computers, 80% mechanical 20% electrical, adjustments and troubleshooting

CD plant- alot of plc, needs knowledge of networks, windows, IP addresses, HMI, troubleshooting, 50% mechanic 50% electrical, injection mold mechanics would be good for this.

Must Haves:

Electro- Mechanical background
Ability to troubleshoot electromechanical machinery
Strong ability to train and be cross trained
