Agile Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will play a vital role in the development of software and products by the Engineer team(s). The Business Analyst will directly interact with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs, and transform this feedback into innovative solutions for the implementation or inclusion in a broader product.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analysis, Project, or Product management working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Experience with VersionOne
• Demonstrable track record of defining, developing and deploying products and features
• Possess a unique blend of business and a technical acumen; can translate big-picture vision into more digestible components to make that vision an incremental reality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and present to all levels within the organization and customers outside of the organization, up to and including C-level.
