Job Responsibilities
Managing all facets of the client service experience including:
- Acting as primary liaison with physician offices and other providers.
- Verifying member eligibility and medical information.
- Documenting cases.
- Educating new members on the value of the company program.
- Selecting appropriate high quality facilities to provide service.
- Scheduling appointments efficiently and conveniently for members.
- Up to 80 inbound and outbound calls a day.
Qualifications
- One to two years of healthcare experience.
- Flexibility with work Monday through Friday between 8:30am and 7:00pm.
