Member Services Representative

Job Responsibilities

Managing all facets of the client service experience including:

• Acting as primary liaison with physician offices and other providers.
• Verifying member eligibility and medical information.
• Documenting cases.
• Educating new members on the value of the company program.
• Selecting appropriate high quality facilities to provide service.
• Scheduling appointments efficiently and conveniently for members.
• Up to 80 inbound and outbound calls a day.

Qualifications

• One to two years of healthcare experience.
• Flexibility with work Monday through Friday between 8:30am and 7:00pm.
