Bilingual Customer Service Rep - Full-time / Part-time

Hiring a Spanish speaking, scheduling coordinator for a Solar Energy Company in North Austin!

Duties:

- Coordinate schedules for SunPower residential projects
- Coordinate schedules for SunPower's Operations and Maintenance Field Services fleet
- Drive communication between necessary stake holders to ensure services completion and an exceptional Customer Experience
- Manage conflict and customer dissatisfaction by taking ownership of issues and working proactively with stakeholders to resolve in a timely manner
- Closed loop learning to develop, refine, and implement processes to improve efficiency and customer experience
- Build relationships with internal/external stakeholders as well as customers through respect, empathy, effective communication and being well organized. You are the one that makes sure our customers love us!

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of scheduling experience
• Over 3 years of customer service experience
• Ability to remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using a CRM and/or project management and scheduling software
