Job Description: Administrative Assistant will support the Managing Partners of a Financial Firm. Duties will include but are not limited to: answer phone, process money transfers, data entry, financial compliance, customer service, open accounts, invoices, billing, maintain accounts, have excellent attention to detail and a high level of organizational skills. Work Environment: Office Setting in a Financial Firm
Hours 7:00am-3:00pm
Qualifications: Experience in the banking/financial industry
Computer savvy and Microsoft Office
Attention to detail
Customer focused
High sense of urgency
Data entry skills
Performance Expectations: Be the face of the company and well represent the firm
Manage customer accounts and attend to their needs
Take initiative to improve the customer's experience and provide feedback to leadership
Be present daily and follow attendance guidelines
