Part time Customer Service Representative

Placing outbound calls to Texas residents and conducting health related surveys generated by a state program. Interviewers will use a computer to read off a script and ask questions in either English or Spanish depending on the individual. The Interviewers must document the participants responses within the computer system.

Computer skills are required for using a keyboard, mouse and navigating within one main program. Provide clear communication in English and/or Spanish when needed.

The Interviewers must comfortable asking questions that may deal with personal and sensitive information.

Flexible schedule. Must work one mandated weekend shift.
