About this job
Candidates will be working in the Culpeper Truss & Panel Plant where the roof trusses are being manufactured. Candidates must be mechanically inclined and be able to use a hammer and tape measure. Most candidates starting off will be catching finished wood product and then work their way up to assembling the home panels and trusses. Candidates will be shown how to perform different duties throughout the shop and can work their way into different departments.
