About this job
Aerotek has partnered up with a call center in Hampton, VA. They are in need of customer service representatives to provide excellent customer service to current clients/customers! They will need to have at least 1 year of call center experience!!
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or higher.
- Candidate should have the ability to email professional correspondence in English
- This person should be able to type approximately 35 WPM and also be comfortable speaking with clients on the telephone in English and Spanish.
- Experience in all Microsoft Office programs
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Strong work ethic.
- Professional demeanor.
- Monday - Friday.
