CNC Machinist

Set-up, check programs and operate CNC machining equipment to perform a complex series of progressive machining operations to meet precise tolerances and finishing requirements.

90% of machinery are Mazak so candidate should be familiar with Mazatrol control systems. Must be able to edit speeds, feeds, clearances, etc. Basic editing to programs.

Understand program format, work from operational data defining and coding tooling, fixturing, machine arrangements.

Operations include boring, milling, turning, recessing, occasional profiling or contouring, etc. involving recognized tool and fixture application and proven program format.

Qualifications

-1+ years of experience with Mazak machines and Mazatrol codes
-1+ years experience of Setup, program and edit Mazatrol or conversational code (G&M)
-1 year experience with Lathes, mills, horizontal & vertical
