About this job

The primary focus of this role is forecasting, reporting and analysis for the personnel budgets associated with the Human Resources team. Business partners include the BFO for Human Resources.

Key responsibilities and competencies:
* Responsible for Human Resources personnel forecast and monthly reporting
* Analyze costs and understand business drivers and levers to influence efficiencies
* Partner with peers and management to implement process & reporting improvements
* Strong organization skills and ability to manage/sequence many deliverables
* Strong written and oral communications skills with excellent attention to detail
Generally, the work routine occurs monthly and quarterly as determined by the Corporate Planning Calendar. Throughout the tenure of the role, this individual will gain exposure and understanding of how these enterprise level functions support and interact with the revenue generating lines of business.
