Aerotek is currently seeking a high level Maintenance Electrician for a company in Jeffersonville. The pay range depends on experience and interview ranging $20-$30/hr.
The ideal candidate will have several year's experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
Experience in the below qualities is preferred:
Performs preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance to injection machines, automated and manned paint booth systems, robots, extruder systems, die casting, assembly machines and all associated support equipment. Conducts and documents water and air quality tests. Uses prevision testing and measuring equipment. Handles and stores chemicals and industrial lubricants by performing the following duties.
Identifies gears, bearings, chains and other basic mechanical components. Conducts alignments and basic mechanical repairs.
References the National Electric Code and trouble shoots basic electrical components (ex. switch, fuse, heater).
Trouble shoots basic electronic components (ex. diode, proximity switch).
Replaces hydraulic/pneumatic cylinder seals, valves and cylinders. Assembles and installs hydraulic hoses.
Performs preventive maintenance, removes, cleans, trouble shoots and install multicolor system components in paint booth systems. Familiar with machine operation.
Performs preventive maintenance, trouble shoots and replaces or repairs machine proxies, material valves and hydraulic cylinders on polyurethane systems. Familiar with machine operation.
Performs preventive maintenance, trouble shoots proximity switches, repairs or replaces mechanical components in assembly processes. Familiar with basic machine operation and position changes.
