Seasonal Financial Services Rep - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is hiring!! We have a couple of our biggest clients in need of call center customer service reps!

The pay is anywhere from $12-$15/hr!

Job Description's:

-inbound calls regarding questions about the company website
-password resets
-provide quotes and hold discussions around the equity markets, fixed income markets, international markets, and economic conditions
-Possess a working knowledge of technology and be able to operate in an environment requiring intermediate computer skills
-transferring 25% of calls to licensed reps for further sale potential

-Getting the initial request from the transferring hospital
-Connecting doctor from transferring/accepting hospital to discuss patient conditions, game plan etc.
-Getting the information over to the PTF to get the paperwork processed
-Arranging transportation
-Confirm arrival and close the patient file out
