About this job

* Make and receive calls through automated dialer
* Handle customer service related issues
* Process related paperwork
* Adherence to company policies and procedures in addition to compliance of state and federal regulations

Call center environment customer service representative needed. Will be providing customer service calls and collecting on debts pre-30 and taking payments

Culture is very laid back with very little micromanagement. There are about 50 other team members and a management team here with little to no turnover

A minimum of 2 years in a Call Center Collections environment/good tenure
* Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing
* Proficient typing skills
* Must be able to work one late night per week and one Saturday a month.
* Automatic dialer experience a plus!
* Strong negotiation skills
* Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
