Concrete Carpenter - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for six experience laborers for a two month contract in Longboat Key. Our client is a very well-established, national contractor who may be able to keep great workers busy after this contract.

This position will include concrete repair work on existing buildings. Work may include aerial work on scaffold, ladders or swing stages and candidates MUST be comfortable with working high in the air for long periods of time.

All work will be performed outside in the Florida weather, previous outdoor labor experience is required! Other required experience included construction labor and/or concrete work.

Duties may include:

• demo
• general labor
• job-site cleanup
• prepping for and pouring new concrete

Candidates must be willing to submit to a drug test and background check. A breathing respirator is required for some jobs so candidates must be able to pass a pulmonary fit test and be clean-shaven in order to wear the breathing mask.
