Well established company looking for a few committed members to join their production team.
Job Responsibilities:

  • A Sanitation tech cleans all machines thoroughly as per the strict standard operating procedures. This requires the dis-assembly and reassembly of equipment to insure that all food residue and filth has been removed.
  • Follow good manufacturing and individual personal hygiene practices at all times.
  • Follow all safety procedures and policies and report any unsafe or unsanitary conditions immediately to supervisor on duty.
  • Maintain daily reports and records as assigned.
  • Complete all other tasks/duties as assigned by Supervisor
  • Report pH and ATP testing.
  • Assist in the introduction, training, and evaluation process for all new employees.
  • Ensure GMPs and chemical usage guidelines are being followed by Sanitation Technicians.
  • Responsible for supporting and maintaining Food Safety and Quality programs as it relates to this position.

MUST HAVES:

  • Quality, sanitation, or food experience. Must have at least experience in one.
  • Sanitation or food production is highly preferred.
  • Work on a team, proactively providing assistance to other members
  • Attentive to detail and thorough in completing work tasks in assigned order.
  • Be open to change (positive or negative) and to considerable variety in the workplace
  • Read, write and perform basic math computations
  • Learn and use computers and software
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Commitment to Continuous Process Improvement
