1st Shift Call Center Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is currently seeking Customer Service Professionals seeking to start a Corporate Call Center Career! This is a 1st SHIFT opportunity (some weekends), and all backgrounds are welcome to apply! Pay will range from $12.50/hr and up!

Responsibilities Include:

- take 40-60 inbound phone calls from customers to assist them in purchases and talk about product knowledge
- verify customer information
- enter in product number information
- verify orders
- verify credit card information
-up-sell weekly product
- work within SAP
- work with customers to identify their interests and provide them with product options to choose from while completing orders.
