Below is a list of the basic duties that would be required from the Quality Inspector.

100% of the time:
- Make sure boxes are organized around the production floor.
- Pack sheets of paper into these boxes.
- Checks gauges for correct calibration.
- Performs quality checks when specified on the quality check sheet.
- Inspects machined work pieces for surface defects and verifies conformance to specifications listed in the job book.
- Pack pieces into appropriate dunnage from job book packing instructions.
- Record hourly production, scrap and downtime on the downtime sheet.
- At the end of the shift turn in quality check sheet and downtime sheet to your supervisor.
- Assure all parts in the work area are properly identified.
- Inspects machine and meets all safety requirements.

-They have 2 opening on 1st shift which is 7am-3pm.
- They have 2 openings on 2nd shift which is 3pm-11pm.
- They have 1 opening on 3rd shift which is 11pm-7am.

FIRST DAY:
- Candidates will all work 8-5 their first day to all do training together.

Work Environment: Facility is very clean and safety conscious. Most equipment/conveyors in the facility are automated.

The plant is not climate controlled, but there are fans all over the plant to keep it as cool as possible in the summer. The plant is a comfortable temperature
Qualifications: MUST HAVE:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 plus year of experience in a quality assurance or quality technician role
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Demonstrate decision making and problem solving abilities
- Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk an entire work shift and lift/push/pull up to 35lbs without assistance
