Job Description
The Staffing Associate is the first impression for all applicants and customers!  Responsibility includes processing all new hire paperwork for applicants, answering phones, and assisting with clerical and administrative support to our sales and recruiters.  Staffing Associate will also assist our Senior Recruiters to find and place candidates utilizing internet recruiting sources and schedule interviews.  We have outstanding training and mentorship programs!  If you have recruiting experience or have always wanted to move into an HR/recruiting role, this is for you!  This position is full time, Monday – Friday 8:00 am/8:30 am – 5:00 pm.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Answering multi-line phones
  • Greeting all visitors and applicants
  • Clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and processing applications
  • Processing weekly payroll
  • Administrative support to a team of recruiters and sales
  • Creating and posting job ad
  • Screening potential candidates
  • Organize weekly and recruiting sales efforts including all contacts, activities, appointments, and opportunities    
  • Light office cleaning

 

 

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 year of office, clerical, or administrative support experience
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Assertive, outgoing personality
  • Recruiting experience is a plus
  • Experience in HR policy and regulations is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to work in a very fast pace environment and meet deadlines
  • Must possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Professional presentation and demeanor
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus
