Associate Account Manager Job description: Direct Group level strategies to field merchandisers and track completion of KPI's Secure bi-quarterly reviews with group level management to review BB/DW business and industry trends to support our sales goals Work closely with analyst to identify store level opportunities and assist merchandisers to set weekly and monthly goals for their specific territories Assist in coordination and hiring of NOSH personnel + execution up north Identify and close new business opportunities at the group level, focusing on key strategic objectives directed by the senior account management team Minimum Requirements Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Food Marketing, or related field required. At least 3-5 years' experience in merchandising or food/beverage sales or related experience Strong verbal and written communication skills required Strong direct personnel management skills.
