Job Purpose for a Branch Manager: Achieves branch objectives by developing customer relationships; meeting quotas; managing staff. Duties: Establish and build customer relationships through delivering exceptional service.Achieve account gain through proven loan judgment and effective customer solicitation.Qualifies loans by promptly and accurately evaluating loan applications.Ensures compliance with company loan policies and government regulations by maintaining consumer credit files.Manages and inspires team members to perform to their full potential, thus driving branch profitability.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Oversees the job duties of branch staff members.Other duties as assigned by divisional leadership. Minimum Job Requirements: 18 years of age or older.Ability to speak in English and Spanish is preferred.Stable work history.Prior experience in a related finance industry is required .Great customer service skills.Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation.Ability to work some late nights until 7:30 PM and some Saturdays when needed. Schedule varies by location.
