PRN Endoscopy Technician - Full-time / Part-time

Provides patient care under the direction of a registered nurse. Functions in scrub role to assist the physician in performing diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures involving the esophagus, stomach, colon, and bile duct system. Cleans, decontaminates, and performs high level disinfection of endoscopes. Maintains appropriate levels of supplies and equipment via Medibuy. Assists RN in maintaining quality control documents; i.e., Cidex OPA Logs, scope washer Logs, etc.

Requirements:

Education: High school or equivalent Experience: CNA experience preferred Training: License: Other: Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and customer service skills required.
