Payroll Clerk - Full-time / Part-time

Direct Hire position in Cypress.
Monday- Friday 8a.m.- 5p.m.
Payroll Clerk- ADP Payroll Workforce Now Payroll


Implementation for all aspects of payroll (ADP Payroll Workforce Now Payroll) to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately for 150 plus employees. Along with understanding the federal and state regulations of garnishments, benefit deductions, rate change, tax changes fro CA and out of state locations. The state locations include (Los Angeles, San Diego, Orange County, San Jose, CA) Dallas, TX, Detroit, MI, Miami, FL, and Washington DC area.


Process bi-weekly payroll for company


Process 401K contributions to, and from, 401k carrier


Maintain all employee files with 100% accuracy


Assist in new hire interview, screening and onboarding process


Uphold HR policies and procedures


Perform other general administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources department


Collaborate with state agencies such as EDD for reporting for reporting accurate and timely information
