About this job

* Act as project manager for audio and video/media related installations

* Manage technical systems at PepsiCo headquarters including but not limited to board rooms, auditoriums, conference space and studios

* Maintain global network and server operations for enterprise wide management of media systems

* Align with I.T. partners and divisional peers on enterprise level technology selection, application and roll out

* Develop campus communications systems, develop operating methodologies and extend to campuses globally

* Operate, update and maintain enterprise level systems and provid budgeting and forecasts accordingly

* Provide PepsiCo-wide event support both in and outside of PepsiCo headquarters locations, specifically targeting executive support

* Provide video production oversight, editing and archival services

* Manage studio space and support vendors

* Produce web casts, pod casts, town halls and other major internal/external communications events using multiple media types and suppliers

Qualifications:

* Project management experience a must

* Crestron programming certification preferred

* CTS (Communications Technology Specialist) Certification preferred

* 5 years experience in networking media systems and event/video production

* Must posses strong customer service skills

* Must have immense personal flexibility to accommodate event schedules

* Must possess the ability to interface with all levels of management

* Knowledge of video production and editing

* Deep expertise in large event production budgeting, documentation and leadership

* Knowledge of current event production equipment including cameras, video formats /codecs, lighting, audio, character generation, PA systems, data display systems and graphic production

* Expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

* Expertise in video conferencing transmission technology, networking and leveraging for webcasting company communications
