Morgan Stanley's Institutional Securities Group (ISG) is comprised of Investment Banking, Global Capital Markets, Fixed Income, Institutional Equity and Research. We are looking for an experienced Campus Recruiter to support our Investment Banking Campus Program. This individual will be responsible for the Investment Banking Division's Full Time and Summer Analyst recruiting efforts from undergraduate schools.

Responsibilities include the following:

* Coordinate and supervise various aspects of the Analyst campus recruiting effort at undergraduate schools for the Investment Banking Division

* Liaise with Investment Banking Management on Analyst headcount, recruiting strategy and implementation of campus initiatives

* Work with school teams to define and execute recruitment strategies at their campuses

* Plan and host all recruiting events (receptions, dinners, hotels, transportation, attendees, etc.)

* Coordinate Analyst first and final round interviews including but not limited to identifying and arranging interviewers, arranging schedules and overseeing the offer decision process

* Participate in the planning and execution of Analyst diversity initiatives

* Further develop and manage strategies for expansion schools and regional offices

* Serve as primary candidate contact/liaison throughout recruiting season

* Perform and develop tracking system updates, divisional metrics reports and budget planning for Investment Banking Management

* Develop and implement all aspects of the Summer Analyst Program including but not limited to the performance evaluation process, social events, senior speaker events and mentor program

Education/Experience:

* Bachelor's degree required

* 3-5 years experience in human resources, customer service, sales, marketing or communications

* Financial services campus recruiting experience preferred
