Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

If so the then the Senior Financial Analyst role on the TJX Corporate FP&A team is the place for you to learn from industry leaders and grow in your career.

Responsibilities:

• Play an active role in support quarterly earnings releases and Board of Director meetings
• Consolidate and analyze data related to the monthly, annual and long range budgeting and forecasting process, providing a consolidated view of the TJX Companies
• Build and maintain complex financial models to support corporate decision making
• Partner with Divisional teams on key business drivers to identify potential risks and opportunities for the company
• Regular Presentation to Senior Executives on budget, forecast and other strategic initiatives
• Create, define and be given ad hoc analysis projects with tight deadlines
• Synthesize conclusions and develop recommendations based on data gathered

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of past FP&A experience preferred
• Demonstrated aptitude with Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills
• Ability to work within tight deadlines and on multiple projects within a team environment
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, including high level of attention to detail and a willingness to drive change
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, and experience presenting to senior management
• Experience communicating with individuals outside of Finance discipline preferred but not required
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or similar discipline, MBA a plus
