This position will be responsible for supporting the Legal Department in all stages of corporate governance needs, basic corporate housekeeping, formations, dissolutions, annual reports, drafting basic documents, maintaining contracts database (Contracts HQ/License HQ), summarizing documents, and related administrative support.

Requirements:
- 5 years’ relevant work experience
- Self-motivated and willing to accept temporary responsibilities outside of initial job description
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.
- Superior attention to detail as applied to all assignments, regardless of priority
- Organizational mastery, able to handle multiple deadlines, and work well independently
- Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced environment
- Able to multi-task and constantly re-order priorities
