We are seeking an associate to join our Sunrise Care Connect Team which is responsible for assisting in the implementation and maintenance of our Electronic Health Record roll out across all Sunrise Communities Nationwide.
RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities:

  • Subject-matter expert regarding Sunrise and regulatory standards as well as state-specific requirements
  • Familiarity with Assisted Living standards as well as state-specific requirements and resources that support future changes and or regulatory requirements
  • Participate and provide input with the configuration and design of Sunrise standard and state-specific assessments, forms, workflows for both eHR and eMAR
  • Collaborate with vendor & project team during testing and validation of upcoming enhancements, custom developed forms and assessments
  • Collaborate and partner with community teams and SME to ensure user adoption and understanding of system functionality
  • Provides project team with guidance regarding decisions that may impact care policy and procedures, job aids and workflows
  • Participate in Change Control Review with project team
  • Participates in care design sessions with vendor and project team for key inputs from the current state design
  • Responsible for testing of the Sunrise CareConnect system regarding care functionality for new and existing communities
  • Participates and supports end user training activities in collaboration with training team and or independently provide eMAR training
  • Communicate the identification, management, and proposed resolution of project issues and change requests to project team
  • Provides on-site and command center go-live support to communities
Qualifications:
  • 60-80% travel is required flexible work hours when necessary (may include weekends)
  • Registered Nurse License (RN) preferred; Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) minimally required
  • 3-5 years assisted living experience
  • Prior use of an eHR / eMAR system
  • Education development / Training experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer skills and familiarity with – Word, Excel, Visio, etc.
  • Strong MS Office skills
