CapEx Reporting Analyst

Sunrise Senior Living has an immediate need for a highly skilled CapEx Reporting Analyst at its corporate office location in McLean, VA (Tysons Conrner).

RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities

• Assist the Asset Management, CapEx Management and Owner Reporting operating units to identify reporting needs by portfolio
• Evaluate existing capital expenditure reports and determine ways to improve them to satisfy owner requests and internal department reporting needs
• Create and develop tools, processes, reports and metrics to accurately forecast capital expenditures on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Conduct ad hoc analysis or projects, as requested

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related business field; or equivalent relevant business analytic experience in lieu of a four-year degree
• A minimum of three years of business analytics experience, including at least one year of accounting/fixed assets related experience
• Experience in a healthcare, senior living industry or long-term care environment preferred
• A minimum of one year of experience in a multi-facility environment preferred
• A minimum of two years of accounting experience preferred
• Well-honed analytical and advanced level Excel user proficiency required
• Must be extremely detail oriented and provide accurate and professional work product
• Excellent time management skills a must
• Must be self-motivated and work as part of a team
• Must be an excellent communicator (both written and oral), able to present informative executive level presentations
• Ability to handle multiple projects and competing deadlines in a very fast-paced environment
• Experience utilizing PeopleSoft or similar asset management reporting e-business solution preferred
• Outstanding customer service skills; commitment to consistent outstanding customer service and an ability to interact with all levels in the organization
• High degree of accuracy in providing insightful information
