Responsibilities

Perform administrative services tasks as assigned by the Resident Services Director.
  • Greet, help, and direct visitors as appropriate.
  • Receive fax or phone calls from physicians, pharmacies and families and take appropriate action.
  • Make copies and manage and update resident charts, appointment books, and 911 binder.
  • Monitor ARC home page trackers and schedule appointments as appropriate.
  • ARC demographic data entry.
  • Upload documents to ARC.
  • Assist with move-in paperwork/annual paperwork as required by state regulations and Atria.
  • Coordinate transportation of residents to outside medical appointments.
  • Organize and update in-service binder, manage in-service calendar which is utilized to schedule in-services, and help Resident Services Director prepare.
  • Assist Resident Services Director with ordering supplies as needed, within budget.
  • Provide support to frontline staff as needed.
  • Print Resident Services Assistant assignment sheets daily.
  • Enter Resident Services Assistant assignment completed tasks.
  • Coordinate staff schedule under the direction of the Resident Services Director.
  • May perform other clerical duties as needed and/or assigned.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one (1) to three (3) months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must successfully complete all Atria specified training programs.
  • Must complete state required training guidelines.
  • Able to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Able to write simple correspondence. Able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Able to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed.
