I need someone to come to our house in Centennial (just north of Park Meadows) twice a month or every other week to do 5-6 loads of laundry and fold and iron (dress shirts and dress pants) as well as vacuum carpeted living room, and sweep/mop hardwood floors in kitchen dining and "library" room. Also, kitchen and two and a half bathroom cleaning. No floor cleaning needed on 2nd floor or basement. I would think the cleaning is probably an hour-ish. The laundry and ironing may take longer - but you can watch TV while ironing!
