Housekeeper Wanted - Housekeeper / House Cleaner Needed

My wife and I are in school and don't have time to clean. I need someone to come once every 2 weeks or possibly once a week to do 3 things primarily: 1. Dishes (we have a dishwasher), 2. Laundry (have a washer/dryer), 3. Take out trash. If possible and depending on price I might also like our 1 bathroom cleaned and the kitchen cleaned but the 3 things I listed are what would be absolutely necessary. We are very clean and friendly and only live in the top floor of a house so it's not a huge area. We sometimes work late so if you can come in the evenings that would be helpful but not necessary.
