Serious about a career in retail? Begin your journey into the world of Supply Chain with one of the fastest growing off-price retailers, Burlington. Opening an average of 25 stores per year, we are looking for leaders who want to grow along with us. Our New Jersey offices are ideally located close to Philadelphia and the beaches of New Jersey. We offer a business casual atmosphere filled with excitement.

Through our Supply Chain Leader Development Program you will be provided the opportunity to learn and develop your skills and talents through a structured curriculum of training and activities that will prepare you for a challenging leadership role in our Supply Chain organization.

Upon your arrival, you are welcomed by your mentor and the entire Supply Chain Team. We believe in providing a strong support system to ensure success. To build a solid foundation, the first 10 weeks of this 18-month program introduce you to our overall organization and Supply Chain operations in our Edgewater Park, New Jersey and San Bernardino, California facilities. For the remainder of the program, you are then given a variety of 4-6 month rotations, each with greater responsibility to stretch you to learn and grow. At the end of the 18 months, you are then assigned a leadership position in the Supply Chain organization.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering

Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above

Strong communication (verbal & written) and strong relationship building skills

Demonstrated leadership roles on campus or through previous internships

Strong desire to learn and be challenged in a fast paced environment

Ability to travel when needed
