- Ensuring warehouse processes are conducted according to SOPs
- Tracks the overall accuracy of warehouse processes through hands on samples of shipping and receiving cartons.
- Tracks the overall accuracy of warehouse processes through hands on samples of BOLs
- Daily interaction with warehouse operations, shipping department and receiving department areas.
- Research and investigate issues.
- Communicate to management steps taken in the research and their evaluation of the issue.
- Communicate the status of all research on a regular basis.
- Engage appropriate management level to assist with the escalation of items needing immediate attention.
- Provide summary of research to manager on a daily and weekly basis.
- Work with IT, DC, finance receiving control and other work groups for assistance in research and problem solving.
- Identify and report systemic and operational issues to prevent situations that could result in the loss of company assets.
- Knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
- High School Diploma or GED
- Will spend time on the Distribution Center floor investigating issues and processes
- Good interpersonal and motivational skills.
- Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem identification and solving capabilities.
- Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, etc.)
- Day shift: 10:15am – 6:30pm
