• Responsible for the signing of bills of lading.
• Sealing trailers with appropriate colored seals.
• Ability to direct material handlers to next function.
• Manually input carton contents into User Interface (WMS) system.
• Ability to perform Flat Breakdown and Quality Verification job functions.
• Ability to run receiving line. Constant contact with RCO (Receiving Control Office) to advise them of billing completion.
• Assure steadfast flow of bills of lading by matching inbound trailers with appropriate bills.
• Request trailers that are to be off loaded.
• Research trouble cartons (cartons without ASN, LPN (license plate number), duplicate LPN’s, no label, pack issues, and color issues).
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.

• Basic knowledge of computer operations and demonstrated skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work independently with acute attention to detail.
• Results oriented.
• Ability to work as part of a high performance team.
• High School Diploma or GED.
