Real Estate Investment Company in Newport Beach is looking for a Full Time Bookkeeper.
The company is a family-owned real estate business that dabbles in remodeling as well.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the real estate as well as construction industry.

Pay: $25-$30, DOE
Full charge bookkeeper
Minimum 5 years experience
QuickBooks
BudgeTRAC (training will be provided on this) similar to MAS 90/200, a typical batch and post software program
Managing Ledgers is a plus
Responsible for all payroll (on Budgetrac)
Must have experience working with multiple entities: must be cognitive to the complexity of the number of business entities as well as personal transactions
Construction experience with proposals, A/P a plus
Minimal direction needed
Problem solver, ability to resolve issues on their own, work independently
MS Office Suite-Word, Excel, Outlook
Light Administrative duties as well
