Personal / Executive Assistant Position – Downtown / Brickell Miami

We are a leading boutique investment bank providing financial advisory, M&A, and private placement services to middle-market healthcare-focused organizations and institutional investors. We have a full-time position available immediately for a Personal Assistant to the Managing Partner, which is open due to growth.

The candidate will live near the Downtown / Brickell Miami area, but work remotely. This is a great role for someone who enjoys thinking strategically, solving problems creatively, and working independently (and with a team). The ideal candidate has thick skin, can manage calendars, manage international and domestic travel arrangements, has excellent communication skills, and can be available/on call during non-traditional working hours (early morning, after 5:00pm and weekends). The candidate must be willing to be on call 24/7.

Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or Concierge / VIP host is preferred.

Requirements:
  • Speak English and Spanish
  • At least 2 years of previous experience
  • Be highly detail-oriented and very organized on multiple assignments
  • Be able to work independently and stay focused
  • Be a creative problem-solver
  • Be skilled at multi-tasking
  • Be proficient in written and oral communication in a professional capacity
  • Have experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including in particular Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Be comfortable with minimal direction (i.e., be a self-starter and anticipate what the Managing Partner and Other Team Members need)
