Human Resources Manager for electronics company located in the Irvine CA area.
This is a Direct Hire opportunity paying $75-95K/year, depending on experience. Workday 7.50 hours (8:30 am - 5:00 pm with 1 hour lunch), Monday-Friday, with occasional overtime, as needed, and at month-end closing. Business casual dress code.

Responsibilities:
Lead the HR Department in all areas of recruiting, benefits, payroll, employee relations, terminations, performance appraisals, compensation plans and 401k administration.
Processing and Oversight of Payroll & Benefits Administration. MUST have experience in payroll.
HR Assistant and the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will report to the HR Manager.
Requirements:
Min 7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years overseeing an a HR Department in strategic planning and management A MUST!
Bachelor's degree preferred
PHR/SPHR Certification preferred
Experience using ADP software is a MUST; Company uses ADP Workforce Now and ADP Run, so experience with any version of ADP software will be considered, as long as payroll processing experience accompanies
Payroll processing experience is a MUST
Benefits Administration experience is a MUST
